Pacific Retirement Estates boasts a Board of Directors and Management Team with the remarkable, cumulative, hands-on experience of over 140 years combined in diversity of fields such as Property Development, Real Property Sales, Corporate Finance, Funds Management, as well as Commercial Law, indicating a well-rounded and highly proficient leadership group capable of succesfully expanding PRE.

The PRE Board (as well as it's Senior Management Team) is characterised by this group of highly experienced professionals all of whom are highly competent and extremely experienced in their individual areas of skill and operations.

Gary R. Simonite, Dip FMB - Executive (Managing) Director

Gary R. Simonite is a commercial finance professional and a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the real property focusing on finance and development and another 10 years of experience building start-up companies.

Gary is also an Accredited QLD Retirement Village Operator as well as being a QBCC Registered Builder.

Gregory Starr - Non-Executive Chairman

Gregory Starr is a well-seasoned director of ASX-listed companies, and has over 25 years of executive management experience both in Australia and internationally. Greg's background in Public Company affairs and leadership brings PRE a strong capability to manage its corporate governance and day-to-day business operations.

Greg is currently serving as s Non-Executive Director for several ASX Listed entities who are active in minierals and resources.

Glenn J. Davis - Non-Executive Director

Glenn Davis brings to the table more than 40 years of experience in the finance industry, including a significant role as the CEO of a $6B industry super fund. Glenn's extensive experience in finance and leadership roles bolsters PRE’s expertise in financial management and strategic planning.

Donald W. DIckie - Executive Director & In-house Legal Advisor

Don Dickie is an QLD based Barrister as well as a Licenced Mediator and who was admitted to the QLD Bar in 2008. Don's ecxpertise extend's to commerical & family law, Mediation, Dispute Resolution as well as Probate and Estates. Don plays an active role in the PRE Group and provided In-House Legal Consulting Services.

Anthony Fronis - Non-Executive Director

Anthony Fronis is an QLD based Barrister a who was admitted to the QLD Bar in 2015. Antony's expertise extend's to corporate governance, risk management, and strategic decision making.

Catriona Glover - Company Secretary

Catriona Glover is an experienced ASX company director and legal adviser, with over 25 years of executive management experience in Australia and internationally. Her role as Company Secretary, backed by her experience, gives PRE a strong foundation in corporate governance, legal advice, and international business.
