PRE has grown substantially since its incorporation in 2023 single it purchased the Cooloola Waters Retirement Village operations because PRE's senior managers have always focused on the effective day-to-day running of the business.

​​​​​​Gary R. Simonite, Dip FMB - CEO

Gary is the holder of a Diploma of FMB and is an Accredited Retirement Village Operator and the Director of an associated QBCC Licensed Builder entity owned by PRE.  Gary is also experienced property entrepreneur with more than 20 years’ industry know-how; and remains focused on driving EBITDA and shareholder value for all of PRE's existing stakeholders. Gary has been involved at Executive Director level within various businesses across Australia over the last 30 years and has a vast amount of hands-on experience in a wide variety of industries and job functions.

Michael Ryan CA - CFO

Michael holds a BCOM, and is an Australian Certified Accountant, and has been a CA for over 25 years. Michael is vastly experienced as a business executive officer, investor, Company Secretary / Director which have operated in the areas of mining and resources, construction, import / export trade, securities and the ASX as well as a wide portfolio of other Australian investment industries. Both Gary and Michael work closely together in all aspects of PRE's cash flow management and daily capital management. ​​​​​

​​​​​Don Dickie - Inhouse Legal Counsel

Don Dickie is an experienced legal practitioner who has worked as both a commercial Lawyer in his own Legal Practice (and hired gun for other large legal firms), as well as a Barrister and Mediator.  Don brings over 50 years of valuable legal knowledge and compliance expertise to the PRE management team and provides PRE with specialist inhouse legal service.
